We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring program. This contract position will manage pre-employment appointment scheduling for a high-volume client account, ensuring candidates are prepared for the next step in the hiring process. The role is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a large number of scheduling activities with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate post-offer and pre-employment testing appointments with approved clinic partners for incoming candidates.
• Review candidate records to confirm personal details and scheduled appointment information are complete and accurate.
• Manage a high volume of scheduling activity tied to a major client hiring initiative with strong attention to deadlines.
• Serve as a primary scheduling resource for one dedicated account and maintain consistent communication throughout the appointment process.
• Respond to inbound calls and scheduling inquiries from candidates and related stakeholders in a detail-oriented manner.
• Track appointment activity and update scheduling information to support smooth coordination across the hiring workflow.• Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or coordination roles.
• Ability to manage a high volume of appointments while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling candidate interactions and inbound calls.
• Proficiency in verifying information and identifying discrepancies in scheduling details.
• Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment with repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through on assigned work.
