We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join a busy administrative team on a contract basis. This role supports a high-volume hiring program by arranging pre-employment testing appointments and confirming that candidate information is accurate before each visit. The position is well suited for someone who is organized, comfortable managing a fast pace, and confident communicating with candidates and clinic partners.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate post-offer and pre-employment screening appointments with approved clinic locations for newly hired candidates.
• Review candidate records to confirm details, scheduling information, and testing appointment accuracy before finalizing bookings.
• Serve as a primary scheduling resource for a high-volume client account, ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently and within required timelines.
• Respond to inbound calls and scheduling-related inquiries from candidates and partner locations in a thorough and timely manner.
• Track appointment activity and maintain accurate scheduling updates within internal systems and shared records.
• Work closely with a team of schedulers to manage fluctuating hiring volume and keep scheduling operations running smoothly.
• Support large-scale onboarding initiatives by coordinating testing appointments for significant groups of incoming hires.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or data discrepancies and take prompt action to resolve issues with minimal delay.• Experience in administrative support, coordination, or scheduling-focused work environments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of appointments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and communicating clearly with candidates and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in verifying information accurately and updating scheduling records consistently.
• Previous experience with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, or similar scheduling management responsibilities is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team while also managing assigned responsibilities independently.
