Specialist, Marketing Data Information Management

We are seeking a Data and Product Management Expert to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves mastering data management and product management domains, curating and analyzing data with SQL and Python, utilizing technical acumen and marketing prowess to translate data insights into market strategies, and developing comprehensive product roadmaps and cutting-edge product features. Key Responsibilities Assist with multiple projects to develop business and data analysis to drive business objectives. Participate on workstreams of projects designed to execute analytics and deliver analytic and operational capabilities and solutions. Help generate understanding of business processes and assist with identifying critical business metrics and information requirements for decision making. Document efforts of business subject matter professionals; assist with business alignment and scoping sessions. Assist in gathering, analyzing and interpreting a wide variety of underlying data to support business, customer and/or financial objectives; identify new ways to combine business data to improve processes and marketing outcomes. Help build and improve existing statistical models to solve business problems; define requirements for sophisticated machine-learning models; contribute to testing strategy and assist in putting final models into production. Assist with interpreting statistical and analytical results and creating a feedback loop for analysis improvement. Build data visualizations to support business needs. Help design and implement qualitative and quantitative research projects and methodologies used to measure consumer perceptions and satisfaction. Help drive marketing action and results through the interpretation and application of data and research findings. Help facilitate business implementation planning sessions. Facilitate post-implementation checkpoints with business units to ensure best-in-class solutions are implemented. Work with leaders to influence change and gain support from leadership and key partners for the development of new processes and methods. Assist with developing governance, documentation and training around new processes. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Typical Skills and Experiences Education: Undergraduate studies with preferred postgraduate studies. Experience: Typically, five or more years of experience with analytic techniques, statistical methodologies, statistical software and data analysis; experience problem-solving in a business environment and working with large customer/prospect databases and product, geographic, demographic data. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of analytic lifecycle, business intelligence, database warehousing applications, SQL, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; proven problem-solving, analytical, research and quantitative analysis skills, including regression, decision trees, multivariate analysis. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in developing ad-hoc queries using SQL. Understanding of Agile methodology framework. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences, may take precedence.
