Lean Improvement Supervisor/Specialist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiencyAnalyze and improve labor productivity, workforce utilization, and staffing efficiencyOptimize labor hours and operational scheduling to improve overall performanceIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutionsDrive wave planning and operational flow optimization within warehouse operationsImprove warehouse layout and workflow movement to enhance operational efficiencyMonitor and improve KPI performance across warehouse and logistics operationsLead and support Lean / Six Sigma projects to drive measurable business improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, and technology teams to implement scalable process solutionsDevelop reporting and performance tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement initiativesPromote a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-makingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operationsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimizationExperience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost controlStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesBenefitsSupervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus7 PTO days5 Paid Sick Leave Days6 Paid Holidays401KMedical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
