Licensed Clinician – Chesapeake, Virginia Thriveworks is a clinician‑founder national private practice group offering telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. We are currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Qualified candidates must be fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Virginia. Clinicians must be licensed and live in the state they will practice. Qualifications Fully licensed LCSW in Virginia. Licensed and residing in the state of practice. Compensation Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Candidates interested in growing into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality care. Team oriented and professional development minded.
