Assist in problem resolution, process policy change requests, and process payments. Follow up as requested with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. Create insurance quotes and issue insurance documentation. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Rate new business. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Requirements Property & Casualty License is required to be considered. Customer service experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and technical proficiency. Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus.
