Finance Full-Time Requisition #: ACCOU008351 Description Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate administrative and IT departments. Collaborate with individuals in a variety of departments to record monthly or quarterly accruals and corporate allocations. Serve as an accounting resource for account coding and invoice processing. Record and analyze treasury transactions. Consolidate and analyze company financial and operating data. Develop, maintain, and prepare monthly reports for management. Prepare monthly variance analysis of corporate department expenses. Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous process improvement, compliance with internal controls, and accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a solid understanding of accounting principles. 2+ years of corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience. Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet assigned deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to maximize performance, problem-solve, and achieve results. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus but not required. Travel Required No .
