We are looking for a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team in an offsite role embedded at a customer facility in Aurora, IL. You will serve as The Custom Companies' on-location representative, acting as the primary day-to-day logistics contact for our customer while collaborating closely with our internal teams across procurement, sales, and warehou

liance- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documen

tation- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company po

licies- Resolve issues related to shipping documentation, including customs where appl

Supplier and Carrier Coord

ination- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and stake

holders- Negotiate contracts and rates to optimize cost and service

levels- Resolve delays or issues with suppliers and carriers promptly and profess

rovement- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and redu

ce costs- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to drive continuous imp
