Job Overview This role is crucial for delivering visual design across multiple digital platforms to support marketing and merchandising objectives. It involves crafting, editing, and improving digital builds for websites, social channels, emails, and digital campaigns. The role requires collaboration with copywriters, marketing teams, project managers, and other digital professionals to ensure cohesive creative output. Success is measured by the quality, timeliness, and alignment of design work with brand standards and project requirements. The work directly influences the efficiency of marketing communications and customer engagement across digital channels. Job Responsibilities Design web, social, marketing, and merchandising creative for mid-to-high complexity projects that meets brief requirements, including quick‑turn creative requests. Explicit print design responsibilities such as color mode, understanding of dielines, packaging files, and 4‑color language. Work on the Ultra & Mint brands. Take ownership of projects from conception to completion. Brainstorm and explore creative ideas as part of the core job. Maintain a strong portfolio and case studies. Present creative to team leads, business partners, and collaborators during reviews, communicating guidelines and reasoning behind decisions. Coordinate with other subject areas to ensure design is on brand and meets expectations. Support senior designers in high‑priority or complex projects, including revisions, icon creation, landing pages, email templates, and packaging files for handoff. Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to develop creative concepts and content strategy. Contribute to the creation and evolution of design resources and tools, such as style guides, onboarding manuals, and templates. Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding when needed. Education & Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination (Required). 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with formal design training and a strong portfolio (Preferred). Previous experience with web/social design (Preferred). Agency experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Thrives in a collaborative, constantly evolving, and fast‑paced environment (Required). Proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines (Required). Strong attention to detail and timeliness (Required). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. Experience with Braze. Plus‑Skills UX/UI. Figma. FigJam. Google Tools Slides. Sheets. Docs. Drive. Licenses & Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
