Customer Relations Specialist I, PSA

$21 per hour

Position Overview Customer Relations Specialist II – Plano, TX (full‑time, onsite, 5 days per week) What You’ll Do Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties. Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using department protocols. Resolve queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution. Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments. Continuously update department spreadsheet of incoming orders. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor. Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). At least 1 year of relevant customer relations experience. Strong problem‑solving, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to remain calm under emotional situations. Proficient in Google Workspace; Salesforce experience preferred. Capable of working with voice, tone, and writing that remain empathetic and open to new ideas. Physical Requirements Computer use: typing, mouse work, extended sitting/spending time looking at a screen. Regular hand use for tasks and manual dexterity with phone and computer systems. Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and carrying: up to 40 pounds. Phone answering: talking and texting may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods. Compensation Estimated hourly rate: $21. Actual compensation may vary based on location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
