Job Description Summary & Additional Information The Graduate Assistant for Finance and Administration will support the School of Public Health’s Finance and Administration Team with their daily operations. This position will be responsible for: Managing the shared Finance email and calendar Collecting, compiling, and organizing data Researching and finalizing procurement requests Assisting with the daily business operations Providing support to other SPH units as necessary Other duties as assigned Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication (both oral and written) skills are essential as well as a strong commitment to customer service. Must be detail-oriented, disciplined, trustworthy, and have excellent judgment.
