Seeking an organized, motivated team member who is intersted in working in a scratch kitchen. We are looking to further strengthen our team with new staff who will help in providing delicious and consistent products for our customers. We are a member-owned cooperative that provides the highest quality natural and organic products at a good value. Lakewinds’ kitchen is a fast-paced and exciting department to learn and work your knife skills, and food knowledge. Essential Functions Kitchen staff must be able to work together as a team and be able to work independently if needed. Candidate must possess strong multi-tasking skills. All health and safety procedures need to be adhered to at all times. Strong communication skills with coworkers and customers is key to a successful department. Qualifications Minimum one-year kitchen experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate for the job. ServSafe certification is a plus.
