You’ll help shape the tax function, mentor staff, and be a trusted advisor to clients! What You’ll Do: Manage and review complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns for high-net-worth clients. Lead a team of tax professionals—review work, provide feedback, and mentor staff through technical and professional development. Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to deliver integrated, tax-optimized financial strategies. Research complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax planning, compliance, and risk mitigation. Drive process improvements and help implement best practices across the national tax team. Support tax leadership with scaling initiatives, systems upgrades, and team expansion. Who You Are: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field Active CPA or EA required 6+ years in public accounting or a wealth management practice Strong technical expertise in individual, fiduciary, and partnership taxation Excellent communicator with a proven ability to lead teams and interact with clients Comfortable with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess or similar) and Excel modeling Why Join? Compensation: Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
