Dietary Aide

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team at Crown Care Center in Harrisonville, Missouri. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our dietary department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for:
Preparing dining rooms and tables for meal service
Providing meal service to residents
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas
Assisting with food preparation and menu planning
Stocking ingredients and monitoring inventory
Attending mandatory in-services, educational trainings, and department meetings
Requirements:
Friendly with good communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents
Ability to read
Meet physical demands – stand, sit, walk extended lengths of time, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
Food service experience preferred
Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines a plus
