About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Digital Workplace Solutions to lead the evolution of its digital workplace, with a focus on delivering an intelligent, AI-enabled employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a significant portfolio within the digital workplace, defining and executing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in transforming complex technology into business value, a champion of innovation with a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and a change agent capable of influencing at the executive level. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the company's digital transformation, leading the integration of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance employee productivity and create a sustainable cost advantage. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include providing strategic leadership, owning portfolio investment decisions, and establishing measurable business outcomes.
