Psychiatrist-Inpatient Behavioral Health-Per Diem (Mt Holly, Willingboro, Voorhees, Marlton, NJ)

Location: Mount Holly - 175 Madison Avenue Remote Type: On‑Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Per Diem Time Type: Part time Work Shift: Total Weekly Hours: 40 We are looking for a compassionate Psychiatrist to join our expanding Psychiatry team. The role will provide high‑quality inpatient psychiatric care across our behavioral health units and consult services, supporting patients through stabilization, healing, and long‑term recovery. What You’ll Do: Provide daily psychiatric care in a 10‑bed voluntary inpatient mental health unit at Virtua Willingboro Hospital Assist attending psychiatrists on additional inpatient psychiatric units at Virtua Willingboro as needed Deliver psychiatric care as part of the inpatient psychiatric consult service Partner closely with behavioral health consult coordinators (RNs or LCSWs) who support assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, nursing education, and coordination with nursing leadership Contribute to graduate medical education, working with psychiatry and family medicine residents and medical students through the Rowan‑Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine Compensation: The starting rate for this position is $175.00 per hour.
