Job Title Adjunct Nursing Faculty, non-clinical (multiple positions) Job Summary The School of Nursing and Health Professions seeks to hire part-time (adjunct) faculty to assume teaching responsibilities for nursing and health professions courses. Instructors for nursing courses must hold a California RN License. Responsibilities and Accountability Facilitate student learning. Evaluate student performance. Provide frequent student feedback to enable success. Provide weekly office hours. Document student feedback, progress, and grades in the appropriate platforms. Attend BSN department and Sacramento faculty meetings. Qualifications Masters degree in nursing or a health-related field preferred. Experience in classroom teaching and teaching methods preferred but not required. Experience in Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health / Community Nursing & Leadership desired. Other clinical/agency requirements as needed. Must hold a California RN License. Compensation Part time. Pay Rate: $2,185 per unit.
