Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in an engaging elementary school setting for the upcoming academic year. We are seeking three dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners. This full-time role begins in August 2026 and continues through June 2027, offering 32 to 37.5 hours per week during standard Monday through Friday schedules.

What you’ll bring to this role:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in a school setting
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments

Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education staff and behavior analysts to implement evidence-based interventions
• Collect and document behavioral data with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
• Communicate student progress and challenges to educational teams and family members
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute positively to school culture
• Adapt interventions and strategies to meet the diverse needs of an elementary caseload
