Strategic Recruitment & Selection Manager

Montgomery County (MD) is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Manager (Manager III) to lead its talent acquisition function. You will drive recruitment strategy, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, and enhance the candidate experience while ensuring compliance with legal hiring practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic talent acquisition and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
