Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and workforce operations by coordinating temporary associate staffing activities, facilitating onboarding, maintaining attendance programs, and providing administrative support for workforce management processes. This position serves as a liaison between managers, temporary staffing agencies, and temporary associates to ensure a positive onboarding experience, accurate attendance tracking, and timely workforce communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Temporary Workforce Administration Coordinate recruiting activities for temporary associates in partnership with staffing agencies and hiring managers. Facilitate onboarding activities for new temporary associates, including orientation scheduling, documentation review, and employee communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies regarding associate placements, attendance concerns, assignment updates, and assignment separations. Manage the offboarding process for temporary associates, including converting associates to full-time employees. Escalate employee relations, attendance, performance, safety, and conduct concerns to Human Resources leadership as appropriate. Attendance and Workforce Reporting Administer the Easy Time Clock system, including employee setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. Generate and distribute bi-weekly attendance reports for managers with temporary associates. Generate and distribute monthly attendance reports for managers of non-exempt employees. Monitor attendance trends and elevate attendance concerns. Employee Recognition and Engagement Support Upload and maintain attendance point balances within the company store Support attendance incentive and employee recognition programs by ensuring accurate point tracking and reporting. Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance points and participation programs. Administrative Support Maintain accurate workforce records, reports, and documentation. Assist with special projects and initiatives that support employee engagement and workforce effectiveness. Answer questions from temp associates regarding contract terms Support Human Resources and operational leaders with various administrative and employee support activities as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external agency partners. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Commitment to providing excellent employee support and service. Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, workforce coordination, or employee support experience. Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working with staffing agencies and temporary workforce programs. Experience timekeeping systems, or attendance management programs. Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
