Overview:
We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Packers for a fast-paced bag manufacturing facility located in Carol Stream, IL.
If you are looking for steady work, consistent hours, and a straightforward job where you can stay busy, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We offer flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available to fit your lifestyle!
What You Will Do
As a Packer, you will be a vital part of the production team. Your daily tasks will include:
- Safely and efficiently packing manufactured bags into boxes for shipment.
- Performing quick visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Labeling, taping, and stacking boxes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Shifts Available
We are hiring for all shifts! Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 1st Shift: Morning / Day hours
- 2nd Shift: Afternoon / Evening hours
- 3rd Shift: Overnight hours
- 4th Shift (Swing Shift): Flexible / rotating schedule
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
- Basic hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
