Overview:

We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Packers for a fast-paced bag manufacturing facility located in Carol Stream, IL.

What You Will Do

As a Packer, you will be a vital part of the production team. Your daily tasks will include:

Safely and efficiently packing manufactured bags into boxes for shipment.
Performing quick visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Labeling, taping, and stacking boxes.
Maintaining a clean and organized work station.

Shifts Available

We are hiring for all shifts! Choose the schedule that works best for you:

1st Shift: Morning / Day hours
2nd Shift: Afternoon / Evening hours
3rd Shift: Overnight hours
4th Shift (Swing Shift): Flexible / rotating schedule

Skills and Experience:

Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
Basic hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
