Job Description

Customer Support Representative - Home Office (HQ) or Hybrid (HQ and Remote work)

Up to $3,000 incentive for joining our company!

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and empathetically with our agents and clients
Analyze callers’ questions and provide knowledge based resolutions
Ability to work in an above average paced environment
Record keeping skills and attention to detail are a must

We are looking for:

Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Job ownership
