Accounts Payable Clerk

Tomlinson & Associates, Inc is looking to add to our growing team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for handling all aspects of the accounts payable process for multiple properties.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
• Ensure timely payments to vendors
• Written communication with the representatives of the properties
• Communication between our operations department and our clients
• Reconciliation and processing of monthly credit accounts
• Other duties to support accounting

Education And Training

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• One (1) year of experience as an accounting clerk.
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must demonstrate a customer service attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
