What You'll Do:
- Own customer communication and build long-lasting relationships
- Conduct site inspections, gather feedback, and suggest service improvements
- Manage account health: updates, escalations, estimate follow-ups, contract renewals
- Support contract negotiations and proposal presentations
- Monitor account profitability, project status, and billing alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams
- Stay current with landscaping industry trends and customer expectations
- 3+ years of Account Management or B2B Client Services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in negotiation and presenting proposals
- Detail-oriented and organized; strong follow-through on tasks
- Valid Ohio Driver's License; able to travel locally to customer sites
- Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LMN a plus
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance industry experience
- Experience with LMN software or CRM systems
- Prior exposure to SAP or QuickBooks tools for contract and invoicing tracking
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- A team-first attitude, coachable mindset, and problem-solving approach
- Strong emotional intelligence-able to diffuse escalations tactfully
- Passion for outdoor environments and client excellence
- Strong client retention and satisfaction
- Meeting monthly revenue, contract renewal, and proposal conversion goals
- Positive working relationships with field teams and executive leadership
