Description - What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and ensure lab instruments receive thorough maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and preparation for testing as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and support laboratory quality assurance efforts.
• Keep a tidy, safe lab environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us.
