Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Immediate Care
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Location: Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Weekends
Salary: $49,000 – $78,000 annually (Based on experience) + Benefits

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled LPN for a fast-paced Immediate Care Center . This role involves treating patients with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions and requires strong triage and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments and take vital signs
• Triage walk-in patients and prioritize care needs
• Assist providers with minor procedures and treatments
• Handle patient calls, prescription refills, and prior authorizations
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff

Qualifications

• Active LPN License (MT or compact)
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in urgent care, ER, or clinic preferred
• Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
