Operations Coordinator On-Site in Kalamazoo, MI

The Role

Wereseekingareliable detail-oriented Operations Coordinatorto support critical administrative and isbased in our Kalamazoo MI office.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls; route and escalate communications as needed

• Provide administrative support across multiple operational functions

• Process incoming correspondence and ensuretimelyaccuratedocumentation

• Maintain data accuracy across internal systems

• Assistwith invoices billing and accounts receivable follow-up

• Support medical records requests

• Help compile andmaintainclient lists

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and case management

Qualifications

• 24 years of administrative or operations experience (healthcare or case management preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling frequent phone-based communication

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
