Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials in Ohio (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school-based OT roles
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to established IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
• Develop and implement intervention strategies that foster students’ academic and functional skills
• Maintain thorough student documentation, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork
• Consult with educators and parents, offering guidance and resources to support student growth in both the classroom and at home
