Contract | Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Some Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, supporting multiple ICU populations including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery
• Care for IMC, Progressive, and General care populations as needed
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks, in accordance with unit standards
• Pass a telemetry competency exam prior to start, meeting strict passing criteria for both Adult and Pediatric components

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of inpatient acute care experience in the submitted specialty within the last three years
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to start; up to three attempts permitted under defined criteria
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU subspecialties (e.g., Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery)
• Familiarity with IMC, Progressive Care, and Step-Down patient populations
• Comfort with flexible scheduling options including weekend block scheduling
