What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Support & Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information in a clear, professional manner

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

• Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship programs

• Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions

• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices

• Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
