Customer Success Representative

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, the full-time Customer Success Representative will ensure seamless integration of services related to Managed WiFi, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and Fiber deployment while serving as the primary point of contact for clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for services or products Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, timelines, and status reports while advocating for customers internally Conduct regular business reviews and proactive check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services Experience in the telecommunications industry with exposure to the Multi-Family segment is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, or relevant experience Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent platforms) Familiarity with ISP partnership management and SLA oversight
