Customer Success Representative

Our retail client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their team!

This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position

Salary range based on experience: $18-$21/HR + Growth Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with retailers through phone and email
• Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Solve customer problems with professionalism and urgency
• Learn our products and help customers make recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and eCommerce
• Continuously learn new systems and processes
• Help improve how we serve our customers
