Customer Success Representative

Job Title

Front of House Operations: Greet and assist walk-in clients, manage lobby presentation, assist with customer pick-ups, and serve as a welcoming presence for in-person visitors.

Sales Support: Handle and process smaller-scale customer sales or escalate to sales reps as needed.

Customer Communication: Respond to all incoming tickets, phone calls, and inquiries; delegate messages to the appropriate internal departments promptly.

Order Review & Damage Control: Review incoming orders for accuracy; flag inconsistencies and coordinate solutions for damaged or misprinted items.

Purchasing Coordination: Manage purchasing for office supplies, production materials, and promotional products.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and status updates for customer orders.

Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and ticketing systems (Zoho Desk preferred) Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills Experience in print, promotional products, or e-commerce industry is a plus Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a huge plus!
