Precision Manufacturing Opportunity | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Start
PAY
$25 – $35/hr (Based on Experience)
$52,000 – $72,800 Annual Potential
LOCATION
Columbus, OH 43223
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday
- 40 Hours per Week
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join a high-precision fabrication shop working with advanced CNC equipment:
- Operate Hurco 3-Axis CNC machines & Leadwell lathes
- Set up, program, and run computer-controlled machines
- Work with presses, drills, and additional machining tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and technical drawings
- Ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finished parts
- Translate measurements, dimensions, and materials into finished components
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- CNC machining/setup experience (required)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Solid math and measurement abilities
- Experience with lathes and CNC equipment preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
