UAT Tester

A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a UAT Tester to join their team! Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues Document and report bugs, errors, and other issues found during testing Work closely with Developers and Project Managers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues Participate in user acceptance testing sessions to gather feedback and validate software against user requirements Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience as a User Acceptance Tester and/or in a similar role Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies, tools, and processes Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
