Provide essential office support for a small contracting business, working directly with the business owner and assisting with residential and commercial construction projects. The role will focus on general administrative support and help keep day-to-day office operations organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for the contracting business.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents.
- Support administrative activities related to residential construction projects.
- Support administrative activities related to commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate office tasks and priorities with the business owner.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration.
