Why join us? ull lifecycle exposure across development, preconstruction, and construction execution Direct collaboration with internal development, design, and field leadership teams Strong pipeline of multifamily and residential projects across multiple markets Opportunity to manage complex ground-up and renovation projects from start to finish Integrated team structure that reduces friction between development and construction Visible impact on community-focused housing projects Clear path for growth into senior project leadership roles Stable organization with consistent project volume and long-term development strategy Job Details 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination Experience working with project management software (Procore or similar) Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
