Medical Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Front Desk Medical Secretary We need someone reliable, organized, good with computers, and courteous to patients and coworkers. What we expect: Arrive early every day, work your full scheduled shift, and complete your daily responsibilities. Treat patients, the clinical team, and everyone sharing the office with respect. Help clean up and close the office each day. Wear professional office attire. Commute reliably to all locations below. Responsibilities: Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and reschedule missed visits. Answer patient calls, emails, and messages. Keep electronic patient charts, demographics, and insurance information complete and accurate. Handle referrals, prepare patient paperwork using physician reports, and coordinate with the billing team. Scan and sort mail daily. Requirements: Own computer; proficiency with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Tebra EMR. English required; Spanish preferred. Schedule: MondaySaturday clinic days, based on the clinic schedule Required arrival: 8:45 AM Clinic hours: 9 AM6 PM Required office travel: Weekly: 2029 First Ave., Suite 1A, Manhattan, NY 10029. Monthly: 26 Sherman Ave., Suite 1B, Manhattan, NY 10040. Monthly: 145 East 32nd St., Suite 1A, Manhattan, NY 10016. Twice monthly: 150 East 58th St., 32nd Floor, Main Building, Manhattan, NY 10155. Twice monthly: 175-43 Hillside Ave., Suite 1A, Jamaica Estates, NY 11432. Twice monthly: 50 Court St., Suite 508A, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Monthly: 731 Flushing Ave., Suite 1A, Brooklyn, NY 11206. Monthly: 11 Ralph Place, Suite 217, Staten Island, NY 10304. Twice monthly: 1383 Veterans Hwy., Suite 40A, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Twice monthly: 393 Old Country Rd., Suite 303, Carle Place, NY 11514.
