Work Environment\n

This role allows for remote work through our Telehealth platform, providing flexibility for both the clinician and clients. Our team consists of compassionate professionals committed to collaboration and maintaining high standards of care. You will engage with clients via virtual consultations and can expect to work primarily Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work schedule.

  Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and/or severe emotional disorders through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic practices.

  Conduct brief assessments and screen for mental health issues, arranging follow-up assessments as needed while maintaining a robust case management approach.

  Develop and implement integrated care plans, linking clients with necessary services and maintaining open lines of communication between clients, their families, and health providers.

  Deliver a spectrum of mental health services, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, group counseling, and family therapy tailored to client needs.

  Effectively manage a caseload while monitoring treatment progress, ensuring timely and appropriate services are rendered based on client feedback and clinical need.

  Ensure the timely completion of documentation, reports, and data submissions in alignment with organizational and funding requirements.

  Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, contributing to our 24/7 support system for clients in need of immediate care.

  Engage in quality improvement initiatives through committee participation, helping to refine service delivery and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

  A minimum of two years of experience as a clinician in a mental health setting is preferred.

  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

  Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage a diverse caseload.

  Proficiency in understanding age-related or specialty issues relevant to the populations served.

  Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing service delivery to our diverse community.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in community health or similar settings that serve medically underserved populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and evidence-based practices will enhance your ability to provide effective care in a virtual environment.

  The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
