Job Title: Electrician ($26-37/hr)

Job Description

This full-time Electrician role supports new construction and retrofit electrical projects across Lebanon and surrounding counties. You will work on a variety of commercial and residential construction sites, meeting either at the shop or directly at project locations, and contribute to safe, high-quality electrical installations and service work.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems for new construction and retrofit projects in both commercial and residential settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings to plan and execute installations accurately.
• Lay out materials and equipment needed for each project to ensure efficient workflow on the job site.
• Bend, assemble, and run electrical conduit according to specifications and code requirements.
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring in accordance with project plans and safety standards.
• Perform electrical finishes, including device installation, trim-out, and final connections.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting to identify issues and complete appropriate repairs or adjustments.
• Support both commercial electrical and residential electrical work as project needs require.
• Travel to construction sites in Lebanon and surrounding counties, meeting at the shop or job sites as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area on active construction sites.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of electrical experience in construction or related environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical prints.
• Demonstrated ability to lay out electrical materials and components for projects.
• Skilled in bending and running conduit to meet project and code requirements.
• Experience pulling and installing electrical wiring in new construction and retrofit settings.
• Hands-on experience with electrical installation work for both commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong understanding of electrical install practices and safety standards on construction sites.

Work Environment

You will work primarily on active construction sites, including both new construction and retrofit projects, in Lebanon and surrounding counties. The position involves meeting either at the shop or directly at project locations, depending on the days assignments. The work is field-based and hands-on, often requiring the use of standard electrical tools and equipment for conduit installation, wiring, and troubleshooting. You can expect typical construction-site conditions, such as working around other trades, operating in partially finished structures, and navigating varying weather and site environments while following safety practices at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Myerstown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Myerstown,PA.
