Dallas, United States | Posted on 06/01/2026 Case Mix: Adult primary care, population health, health equity, and value-based care DUTIES (Teaching & Educational Leadership) Faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track Supervise Internal Medicine residents Clinical teaching in Primary care, Population health, Value-based care, Health equity-focused practice Teach residents to integrate in social determinants of health, community-engaged care approaches, equity-centered clinical decision making Participate in journal clubs, lecture series, case conferences, resident workshop Mentor residents in quality improvement initiatives, health equity research, scholarly activities/projects Collaborate with residency and program leadership to develop and improve curriculum Provide formative and summative feedback to residents to support professional growth
