FSQA Supervisor Food

Position: Quality Assurance Manager (Food) Location: Clifton, New Jersey area Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Engineering discipline (preferred). PCQI certified or SQF Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience. Knowledge of Sanitation, Pest Control, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, BRC, USDA, FDA, GFSI, Non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher. Liaison with R&D for New Product labeling and nutritional guidelines. Insure FDA regulatory compliance. Maintain Allergen Control program. Review, Investigate and resolve Customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Provide employee training for Quality compliance of GMP, BRC, SQF, HACCP and Food Quality Safety. Supervise Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S programs. Oversee QA testing for all Production and Packaging lines. Manage 3rd party Audits and Laboratories.
