What You Need

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness a plus - not required

The Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll rotate across our back-of-house stations - sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing - keeping food quality high and the kitchen running smoothly. You'll:

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
