Multi Unit Restaurant Manager

Job Description The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager oversees multiple restaurant locations within a single format, ensuring consistent operations, high-quality customer service, and efficient staff management. This role requires frequent travel between units and reports directly to the Area Director. The manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating vendor relationships while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Although the position offers stability and leadership training, it has limited upward mobility. Responsibilities Supervise and support staff across multiple restaurant locations Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels Oversee budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control Develop and maintain employee schedules Lead employee training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements Generate operational reports and communicate with the Area Director Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in restaurant management Associate degree in hospitality management or related field Proven skills in staff management and customer service Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Effective conflict resolution and leadership abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Company Description Genesh, Inc. is a multi-unit franchise restaurant operator with locations across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
