Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible Michigan SLP licensure
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Familiarity with teletherapy/voco SLP service models
• Previous experience supporting students in school environments highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with students, families, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and virtual speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication challenges
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and social skills assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student goals and progress
• Provide timely and detailed documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocacy for student needs
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
