The nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment, managing patient pain and recovery post-surgery. The schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of orthopedic and neuro spine patients. Ideal candidates are adaptable, as floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs.
