Johnson Service Group is looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician with experience in PCB assembly, SMT and Thru-Hole rework, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting. This role will support production by assembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform PCB assembly, rework, and touch-up of SMT and Thru-Hole boards.
• Set up and operate electronic manufacturing equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, and test equipment.
• Perform lead and lead-free soldering, component handling, and mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect disposition, and repairs.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with SMT/Thru-Hole soldering and rework.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Proficient with hand tools and electronic assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Contract to Hire $27/hr. day shift
