Project Manager Position Summary

JR Metal Works is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead customer projects from quote to completion. This role is the key link between customers, sales, engineering, and production- ensuring projects are planned accurately, communicated clearly, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes full ownership of their work, and is committed to finding solutions.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial quote through final delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and operations.
• Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and overall project profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communication in internal systems.

Project Manager Qualification & Skills
• Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience with quoting, estimating, or production scheduling is a plus but not required.
