As the CrossFit Coach, you will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the CrossFit methodologies. What your day will look like: Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively. Greet clients upon entering and throughout class. Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance. Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity. Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements. Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement. Scale for any ability level. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience. Must have availability on Wednesday mornings. What it takes to succeed: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience and/or Training: 3 years CrossFit experience preferred. Licenses/Certificates: CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required. Mandatory requirement: U.S. work authorization (required). Join a team that makes an impression.
