Shift Manager

Employer Information This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate company and employer. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and staffing. Job Details Starting wage: $15 per hour. Responsibilities Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to assist in shift preparation. Meet shift targets and help assigned departments meet their goals. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
